Diana McNab currently resides in Aspen, Colorado in the shadow of Mt. Sopris where Her Sports Counseling Corporation counsels young and elite athletes while working with the Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club and Aspen Youth Hockey. Out of these relationships Diana developed her famous Epic Sports Camps for young athlete’s ages 9-18 years old!
As the former Director of Wellness at The University of Denver she fully embraces and understands the new paradigm of “Optimizing the potential of the whole person (mind / body / spirit / emotion)”. This experience led to her successful programs that host Women’s Wellness Retreats and Destination / Location Epic Adolescent Female Sports Retreats.
Diana McNab is the founder and creator of “Epic Sports Experience!” As an 8 year member of the Canadian National Alpine Ski Team, Diana experienced dedication, intense training and thrills of being an elite athlete at the Olympic Level. After concluded her career as a professional athlete Diana completed undergraduate and graduate degrees in Physical Education, Sports Psychology and Optimizing Human Potential. She is currently an adjunct professor at The University of Denver where she teaches courses in Stress Management!
Diana has worked with a wide range of the best coaches, athletes and sports teams. Her sport counseling practice includes three time Olympians and World Cup athletes Gretchen Bleiler and Emily Brydon and NHL Professional Hockey Players Brad Winchester, and Stephane Yelle. Diana has collaborated with Pete Carroll NFL Head Coach of the Seattle Sea Hawks and many other coaches, athletes and sports teams all over North America!
