This is the very first Sports Camp for Adolescent Girls that embraces the “Whole Person!” each camp will be created and programmed according to the 6 campers personal needs! Self-Esteem, Self-Confidence, Sports Nutrition, Sports Conditioning, Mental Skills Training, Yoga, Meditation, Sports Personality Profiles, hiking, biking, spa experiences, swimming, etc.

Only 6 Campers at each session and each day will consist of physical activities, mental toughness skills, focus and concentration, emotional maturity and relationship skills and strategies, life and sport goal-setting and adventures in the mountains! We will be cooking our own Sports Nutrition Meals with evening yoga and meditation classes.

Diana!!!

Hey! So this weekend was absolutely amazing! I won the 1st round (long go) at my college rodeo this weekend by like 8 pts!! I had an fantastic bull ride. I ended up 2nd in the average, and currently that puts me in the top 3 in the region and I’m qualifying for the College National Finals!! But I’m still shooting for first and going to stay excited but humble and keep doing the positive things that are helping me be successful! I also have been accepted to Texas Tech last week, and received in the mail a $1200 dollar scholarship from the College of Agriculture Sciences and Natural Resources. I am also waiting to see what academic scholarships I qualify for and what rodeo scholarship the coach is going to give me. I just emailed the coach and asked about going down and visiting the college for a day sometime this month. How have you been? I sure hope all is going well! Oh yea I also bought my PBR Permit again the other day which was a goal I set! So pretty happy about that, and ready to start being successful there also! Well keep in touch and I send all my love! Cool quote I read today “You do not sing because you are happy, you are happy because you sing!”

I actually wrote about what I learned, how I changed, and why the work we did together was so important and instrumental in my rodeo career and life, in my first chapter of my dissertation!! So here goes!

I began working with Diana soon after I left home for the first time and moved away to go to college on a full ride rodeo scholarship. I had never been away from my family, didn’t know how to practice without my dad, and wasn’t winning like I was accustom to. I knew I was the best All Around Cowgirl going but I was not centered inside and I quickly realized if I wasn’t winning I wasn’t having ANY fun!

Diana helped me learn how to balance my mind, body, spirit, and emotions through our motivational and inspiring conversations, assignments, and individualized rituals. What resulted from our work
together was a more confident, genuine, and well rounded me. I was able to enjoy the process of practice, travel, and competition! Winning became easy and effortless for me when I became absorbed in
the process and when my efforts became an expression of who I was opposed to something I had to achieve! I learned a lot about myself and I fell in love with the ideas and philosophy that Diana taught me.

I have since won two world championships in the Professional Women’s Rodeo Association and I am currently applying these skills in my efforts to balance my life as a wife, new mommy, counselor/consultant, and graduate student in the last stretch of my doctoral degree!

Thank you Diana for all you have taught, shared, and inspired me to become….a better me!
